It was a perfect Sunny day in Bondi for the annual Waverley Rugby Club Ladies Day and we were delighted to cater for this fun event.
Whilst the rugby teams were working up an appetite on the field, we were busy cooking 5 metres of delicious paella for the teams and their friends and families to enjoy after the match.
For this event catering, we supplied 4 chefs who cooked on site to feed 300 people. They were offered a choice of either meat, seafood or vegetarian paella served with bread rolls and aioli.
